Shipping & Returns
Where We Ship
Longhorn Supply & Provision ships to verified business and institutional addresses in the continental United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, residential addresses that have not been verified, or any destination outside the US.
Handling Time
Orders confirmed and paid by 1:00 PM CT typically ship the same business day. Orders confirmed later ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US federal holidays.
Carriers & Service
Standard service is overnight or two-day via UPS or FedEx. Temperature-sensitive lots ship with gel packs or dry ice as required by the product specification. A signature may be required on delivery for higher-value orders.
Batch & Lot Verification
Every package is labeled with the SKU and lot number for each item shipped. Inspect your order on arrival and verify the labels match your packing slip. Report discrepancies within 48 hours.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive within carrier transit estimates, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier on a claim and dispatch a replacement at no charge for verified losses.
Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns on opened, reconstituted, or otherwise altered products. Sealed, undamaged, original-packaging items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of product cost (less return shipping) on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before shipping anything back.
Off-Spec Lots
If analytical data on a shipped lot falls outside the published specification, contact us with the SKU, lot number, and a brief description of the issue. We will replace the vial or refund the line item at our discretion.
