These Terms are provided as a starting template. Before launching the site, have these reviewed by an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction with experience in the research-chemical and consumer-products industries.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Longhorn Supply & Provision website (the "Site") or purchasing any product from us, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any product.

2. Research Use Only

All products offered on this Site are sold for laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption; for use in food or food additives; for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary purposes; or for use in or on the human body. Products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices.

3. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are (a) at least 21 years of age, (b) a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institutional purchaser acting in such capacity, (c) lawfully able to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction, and (d) located in the United States.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not: (a) consume, ingest, inhale, inject, or otherwise administer any product to yourself, another human, or an animal; (b) re-sell, redistribute, or repackage products for human or animal consumption; (c) misrepresent any product as a drug, supplement, food, or medical device; (d) export products outside the United States; or (e) use products in any manner that violates federal, state, or local law.

5. No Medical Claims

We make no medical, therapeutic, prophylactic, diagnostic, or nutritional claims regarding any product. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Statements about a compound's research applications describe published in vitro or animal-model literature; they are not statements about effects in humans.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Quotes

Prices are quoted on request and are subject to change without notice. Submission of a quote request does not constitute an order. An order is created only after we confirm pricing, availability, payment, and shipping details in writing.

7. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is limited to the continental United States. Returns of opened, reconstituted, or altered products are not accepted. See our Shipping & Returns page for full terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond the published specification on the applicable Certificate of Analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longhorn Supply & Provision, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from purchase or use of any product, including any unauthorized administration to a human or animal.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longhorn Supply & Provision against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, including any use of a product in violation of Section 4 (Prohibited Uses).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Texas. The parties waive any right to a jury trial.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after a posted update constitutes acceptance.
